Ginger Raspberry Mojito

Tools

  • knife
  • cocktail shaker
  • strainer
  • glass (pint glass, highball, etc.)
  • bar spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 slices peeled, fresh ginger
  • 6 raspberries
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 mint sprig for garnish
  • 1 ounce honey syrup
  • 1.5 ounce white rum
  • club soda
  • ice

Steps

  1. Muddle ginger, raspberries, and mint in shaker tin. Leave a raspberry and a mint sprig for garnish.
  2. Add honey syrup and rum and shake with ice.
  3. Strain into glass with ice and top with club soda.
  4. Give it a stir, garnish with the raspberry and mint sprig, and enjoy!
