Steak Grilling Spice

The OG label

Use this blend of spices on red meats, including steaks and lamb chops. Omit the cayenne if you want a milder, non-spicy seasoning. Originally from a seasoning packet bought from Dual Specialty Store in New York.

Ingredients

  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • mustard
  • dill seed
  • paprika
  • chili powder/cayenne
  • coriander
  • sunflower oil

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl a sprinkle on meat before cooking.
